William Curtin, Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Bill has extensive experience in executive management roles with companies delivering healthcare solutions. Successful in new business development, customer relations, personnel development, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, strategic planning, managed care contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.  Bill earned CEBS from University of Pennsylvania, and Master’s in Business Administration from University of Miami School of Business.

Mike Wagner, Chief Information Officer

Mike has over 23 years experience in Information Technology Management and operations with a successful history of blending technical skills and corporate management. His accomplishments highlighted by identifying critical needs, design and creation of solid technical solutions. He leads the team responsible for IT needs for all Inperium, Inc affiliated companies with over 1,800 employees. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management.

Denise Hale, Chief Human Resources Officer

Denise is a certified human resources professional with over 20 years of broad  strategic human resources experience, along with a degreed financial background.  She is a relationship builder with a customer service approach and an engaged leader aligning human resource strategies to the business mission, visions and goals.  Denise is a long-standing volunteer with an international children’s organization.

Joseph F. Leone Jr., SVP of Finance

Joe is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 year’s experience in auditing and accounting.  He worked as an auditor with a regional public accounting firm and been with Supportive Concepts for Families for the past 15 years.  Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants for over 16 years.  Joe was appointed to the Inperium Board of Directors as Secretary in January 2016

Daniel Stump, VP of Corporate Insurance and Benefits / Compliance Officer

Dan has over 29 year’s experience in Insurance and benefits serving in various roles including, claims management, auditing, and operational leadership.  Most recently he’s been with Supportive Concepts for Families for the last 13 years.  Dan Stump is a graduate of Kutztown University with a degree in Criminal Justice and also holds the insurance industry designation of Associate in Claims (AIC).

Angie Logan, VP of Policy & Program Development

Angie has over 20 years’ experience in policy development, implementation, evaluation and analysis in the public, private and academic arenas.  Previous experience includes her appointment as Policy Director for the Department of Public Welfare/Human Services  to coordinate policy, planning and program activities across mental health, developmental disabilities, child welfare, early childhood, Medicaid/Health Care, women’s services, education, and managing contracts and grants. Angie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Laural Miller, VP of Employee Development

Laural has 14 years of training and employee development experience for both non-profit and for-profit organizations.  She leads the team whose mission it is to  focus on employee development for all Inperium, Inc. affiliated companies.  Laural is a graduate of Alvernia University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business management along with holding a professional corporate coaching certification in leadership.

Jason Smith, Assistant Executive Director of Office of Program Administration

Has worked in Human Services since 1999 in both not-for- profit and for-profit
organizations supporting Drug & Alcohol, Mental Health and IDD populations. Jason had the opportunity to work at varying levels of care to include Residential, Inpatient/Outpatient Treatment, and Research with University of Maryland. Holds a Bachelors and Master Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University.
